Background
Blue Shield of California recently rolled out a new way for customers to pay their bills, and they wanted to show the process in an easy-to-understand, brand-consistent way.

Solution
I worked with their teams to understand the changes and gather the user interfaces in Sketch. I then created storyboards and a voiceover script, and with approval, went into After Effects where I animated the process, syncing it with the voiceover. The result was a clear, quick explainer video, helping their customers worry about one less thing.
